Return/ Exchange Policy

Our highest priority it to ensure our customers are happy. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not provide refunds, however we will issue store credit (giftcard) upon the return of your item. 

If your item is physically damaged, we will accept a return and provide a full refund, otherwise we do not issue refunds on undamaged orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. *Please inspect your order upon delivery. 

To start a return, you can contact us at designs.dna.llc@gmail.com with *RETURN* in the subject line. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon delivered arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can ensure that we find a solution and take care of you the best we can.

Exchanges: We do not do exchanges. The best way for us to ensure you get what you want is for you to return and re-purchase.
